As part of the project, we carried out the full scope of works related to HVAC installations and sanitary systems in a modern industrial facility of BorgWarner Poland Sp. z o.o. The entire investment was implemented in cooperation with the general contractor – Dekpol – in compliance with applicable industry standards and the technical design, using proven technologies to ensure reliability, energy efficiency, and operational safety.
Scope of works included:
- Installation of air handling units with heat recovery, equipped with energy-efficient EC fans and high-class air filters, ensuring effective ventilation and proper indoor climate conditions.
- Execution of a heating system based on heat exchangers and an advanced weather-compensated automation system, enabling precise temperature management in individual zones.
- Installation of sealed pipelines made of plastics and stainless steel, providing high resistance to corrosion and operating pressure.
- Application of an automation and monitoring system allowing remote management of installations and control of their operating parameters.
- Installation of shut-off fittings, safety valves, and dirt separators, increasing operational safety and extending the service life of devices.
- Carrying out pressure tests, commissioning trials, and training of technical staff in the operation and maintenance of the installations.
Additionally executed:
- Production in our facility and installation of ventilation ducts in accordance with the required airtightness classes. The ventilation system covered laboratories, compressor rooms, offices, and auxiliary spaces.
- Implementation of an automated summer–winter system in the compressor room, enabling heat recovery and generating significant energy savings in the future.
- Supply and installation of ventilation ducts in the production hall using the lightweight cable suspension system from Gripple. Due to the limited roof load capacity, the loads were transferred to the hall structure using CTI horizontal cables.
- Prefabrication and installation of external rectangular ducts, insulated with mineral wool and protected with prefabricated galvanized sheet metal casings, also manufactured in our production facility.
A comprehensive approach to the investment, the experience of our team, and attention to every detail ensure high execution quality and long-term operational efficiency of the entire system.
