System installation

Suwiterm delivers industrial installation assembly in newly built facilities and operational production plants, working in close coordination with the general contractor and maintenance departments.

Installation teams operate according to the agreed schedule while strictly following all health and safety procedures. We use workshop prefabrication, which minimizes downtime and reduces collision risks on site.

Planning and installation logistics

  1. Installation schedule with phased work planning, shutdown windows, and night/weekend operations.
  2. Interdisciplinary coordination (structural works, electrical systems, automation, HVAC).
  3. In-house transport logistics, partial material deliveries without the need for on-site storage.

Execution and quality control

  1. Assembly of process pipelines, supports, and industrial insulation with galvanized, stainless steel, or aluminum cladding.
  2. On-site welding using TIG/MIG/MAG methods.
  3. Leak tests and partial inspections.
  4. System cleaning, preparation for commissioning and testing.

Commissioning and handover

  1. Mechanical commissioning of equipment and installations, functional tests.
  2. Training for maintenance teams and operators, handover of complete O&M (DTR) documentation.
  3. Service support for installed equipment, maintenance of CRO documentation upon operator’s request.
