As part of this investment, we carried out a comprehensive scope of works including the supply, installation, and commissioning of HVAC and sanitary systems in a modern service facility. The project was executed using advanced technologies and components from renowned manufacturers, with a focus on high energy efficiency and user comfort.

The scope of works included, among others:

  1. Supply and installation of mechanical ventilation systems in office spaces.
  2. Installation of a VTS air handling unit with a freon cooler and a Fujitsu chiller, including full wiring and system commissioning by the Suwiterm team.
  3. Installation of a Fujitsu VRF air-conditioning system consisting of 7 indoor units. At the Investor’s special request, the cassette units were factory-painted in black.
  4. Execution of a heating system based on heat exchangers with weather-compensated automation, enabling precise temperature control in individual zones.
  5. Installation of pipelines made of plastics and stainless steel, ensuring tightness, corrosion resistance, and high operating pressures.
  6. Implementation of an automation system with the possibility of remote monitoring and control of operating parameters.
  7. Installation of sanitary fittings, safety valves, and dirt separators, increasing operational safety and reliability.
  8. Execution of leak tests, commissioning trials, and training of personnel in the operation and maintenance of the systems.

The applied solutions comply with current industry standards and ensure reliability, ease of operation, high air quality, and thermal comfort. Each stage of the works was carried out taking into account the individual needs of the investor, guaranteeing full satisfaction with the final result.
