Together with WIBAR Instalacje, we carried out comprehensive works related to the execution of ventilation and air conditioning systems at the Krasiński Palace in Warsaw. Due to the historic nature of the building, all solutions had to be implemented discreetly, utilizing the existing natural ventilation ducts and the structural wall cavities.

As part of the project, we installed 10 air handling units equipped with cooling systems. Some units were located in the basement across three smaller technical rooms, while the largest units were placed in the attic. Two wings of the building currently serve as plant rooms – in these areas, our Site Supervisor planned and oversaw the precise routing of ventilation ducts.

Considering fire safety requirements, the installations were secured with over 100 fire dampers, and all air-conditioning system penetrations were sealed using HILTI fire protection foam. In selected exhibition rooms, we additionally applied VRF air-conditioning systems with cassette and ducted units, which were concealed in the suspended ceiling spaces. The outdoor units were discreetly installed in dedicated discharge rooms in the attic.

The roof-mounted exhaust outlets were made of copper, ensuring both durability and aesthetic integration with the building. Both the outlets and all ventilation ducts were manufactured in our production facility, giving us full control over the quality and adaptation of components to the specific requirements of this demanding project.
